The
Copy House is about six blocks from the apartment building the Shiro
family lives in, so we can assume that in taking his aerocar, Cerul
is very concerned about the issue of time. As for the issue of
parking...yes, there are parking lots and parking garages in
Pastellian cities - and just as on earth, they are not always very
conveniently located, or easy to get into or out of. What Cerul is
doing with his aerocar would result in a very large fine indeed...
roads are reserved for hover traffic, such as the blueline busses we
have seen, only.
