PAGE FOOTNOTES:  This page took many more hours than usual to draw. I debated re-drawing the scene of Heliotrope staring around the empty field, looking for Fuschia, then running alone into the house. In terms of the comic being online, it would help, in that many weeks have passed since the beginning of this chapter, and people may have forgotten that sequence, making the transition depicted seem abrupt. However, in book form, the repeating the sequence would be unnecessary, and waste space; weeks and weeks of online time is only a few minutes of book time, in that only a dozen or so pages have passed since that scene.
